We offer a range of workouts, all designed to help you reach your full potential. Whether you're looking for a small tweak or complete overhaul of your fitness routine, we have you covered. Our services are 100% customized to you so you can get precisely what you need.
Each person is unique. One-size-fits-all approaches rarely work. We deliver custom workouts, tailored to you and your one-of-a-kind challenges. We are no strangers to the back, hip, knee, shoulder injury client. If you have suffered a stroke, have a heart condition, heart disease or are experiencing any other major obsticle we are here to support and guide you.
One-on-one personal training sessions
Pay as you go, no membership fees.
As a client you only have access to the gym during your personal training session.
We do not offer meal plans at this time. Our mantra is "Eat food, not too much, mostly plants." -Michael Pollan
The way your session is structured will depend on what your goals are but you can expect to begin with SMFR and a dynamic warm-up before moving on to a combination of HIIT, weight lifting, and/or mobility drills, ending with a cool down and static stretching where needed. It varies greatly for each individual based on personal ability and skill set.
We are Eve and Kritzi, a mother daughter duo serving the community of Magnolia.
Eve opened Fitness by Design in 2005 and has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. Kritzi joined the team in 2013.
