First a little about our training sessions...
Each session is designed and directed by a personal trainer that carries a nationally recognized training certification, and personal liability insurance. It is my goal that each and every client that walks through my door will be comfortable with the knowledge that no matter who they work with, they will be moving toward their fitness goals with the expertise of a fully trained professional. At the present time we have trainers with limited time slots available, from early morning into the
evening hours.

30 minute strength training session for one person

Spend 3-5 minutes raising your heart rate and 25 minutes strength training either your upper or lower body and working on core strength.
45 minute strength training session for one person

Spend 5-12 minutes raising your heart rate and the rest of the time strength training either your upper or lower body, as well as working on core strength and stability. This is a much more intense session than the 30 minute
45 minute strength training session for two persons

Spend 5-12 minutes raising your heart rate and the rest of the time strength training either your upper or lower body, as well as working on core strength and stability. This is the shortest session that can be shared with a friend.
60 minute strength training session for one person

Spend 5-12 minutes raising your heart rate, and the rest of the time strength training both your upper and lower body along with core work in the same session.
60 minute strength training session for
two people working together

This workout is the same format as the 60 minute session above, but is designed for two persons to be able to work out together. It is best if both clients are at (or are close to being at) the same fitness level.
90 minute strength training session
designed for one person

This session begins with 15 minutes of cardio and moves right into strength training, and core work with one to three minute intervals of cardio sprinkled in for the remainder of the session. Designed in circuits so that a good full body workout is achieved each time that you train. This session was created with the person who cannot get to the gym multiple times a week in mind.
90 minute strength training session
designed for two persons

This session also begins with 15 minutes of cardio and moves right into strength training, and core work with one to three minute intervals of cardio sprinkled in for the remainder of the session. Designed in circuits so that each person involved gets a good full body workout each time they train. It is best if both clients are at (or are close to being at) the same fitness level.
Classes offered:
Belly dancing 9 A.M. Saturdays
$10 per class with pre paid month
$15 per class for drop in visits
Our belly class is something we thought we would try out for a month..over a year ago, and it is still going strong! We just can't seem to get enough of it. Our instructor is a professional belly dancer whose fluid movements and constant encouragement does the trick to keep us dancing! This is an amazing core workout! For anyone looking to add some functional flexibility to an established strength training routine, this class is a great choice for you!
Healthy Choices/healthy habits group diet support meeting
$10 per meeting
This group meets weekly to discuss techniques for eating healthy. The focus of is on cultivating a healthy way of viewing and reacting to food. We are loosely following an outline for class, each week there is assigned reading and whatever is or is not working for each individual can be discussed in as much detail as needed. Call for email or specifics on meeting times.
Circuit Training Classes

We are currently putting together a fall schedule for both afternoon and evening circuit training classes. Each class will be 50 minutes, of blood pumping heart pounding fun!
Right now we are offering
M-TH evenings from 6:00-6:50
and
would love to add an afternoon class M-W-F
1:00-1:50

Massage by Ashley
